Absolute theft. Complete scammers. I went in for an alignment, and they told me my control arms were faulty and wanted $900 to replace them. I asked the attendant, Mo, how urgent it was, and he said, “It’s so bad the wires are about to show.” I’m handy, so I went home and replaced them myself. The old ones were perfectly fine. Not only that, but control arm don’t have any wires. There aren’t even any wires near them. Just straight-up liars and cheats. Do not go to this place. There are a thousand other shops you could go to that are more honest.

The first time I went to Midas for an oil change in march I had a terrible experience. I did the groupon, made an appointment, and when I went, first off the guy was super rude talking about “oh you paid more doing the groupon then you would have in store” … unnecessary. Then he told me it would be a 2 hour + wait WITH an appointment… I told them it’s fine and ended up waiting over 4 hours! Told myself I would never go back. Nevertheless I tried again today. I got the groupon again, then went in. Mind you On the groupon it doesnt say you HAVE to make an appointment. So I went in as soon as they opened and was told it would be 2 hours… Ridiculous but whatever. Then when I mentioned I have the groupon, I was told I have to have an appointment. I told him the groupon does not require an appointment and he told me it does. So I asked if I can make an appointment while i’m there then and he told me “next appointment I have available is Monday…it’s friday MORNING mind you. I’m DONE with midas I will pay a little extra somewhere else😂😂😂

One star is too many for a company that is either negligent or fraudulent. They will not own mistakes and are rude and dismissive when you try to express your concern. We are having to resort to hiring an attorney to make things right because they just will not listen. AVOID. (Pictures are of three week old brand new tires)

I was completely satisfied with the service I received from this shop. Russell (Manager) communicated well and took the time to explain and show me what parts needed to be replaced. I appreciate how honest and straightforward he was. I will return.

**05/18/2026 UPDATE** Went to get my next scheduled oil change and was told that “wherever I got my last oil change” overfilled me by almost 2 quarts. Attempted to call Midas office & customer service line to advise them that this happened but couldn’t get through. **original review** Thank you Russ for all your help!
